Adena Tryon

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and depth-centered therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting women with their mental health, personal growth, and life transitions. My work is a blend of clinical expertise and intuitive wisdom, creating a compassionate space where women can heal, reclaim their inner strength, and rediscover their authentic selves. I believe that every woman is on a healing journey, and sometimes we all need support, safety, and understanding to move through life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, grief, health issues, or significant life changes. My lifelong passion has been to honor, empower, and support women. My approach is client-centered and integrates the latest breakthroughs in mental health with a blending of therapeutic modalities including inner selves, CBT, EMDR, somatic practices, and right-brain techniques. I also bring a holistic perspective, considering the cultural and societal factors that impact women’s experiences. I have developed an approach I call soul-focused where I help clients access their inner guidance. I create a safe, compassionate, and transformative space where women can heal, reconnect with their inner strength, and step into their authentic selves. I will share useful practices that can be integrated into daily life. My intention is to foster an environment where individuals can explore their challenges, make empowered decisions, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.
